1. Acceptance of Terms

By using FenixHost services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Services

FenixHost provides game server hosting for Minecraft, Rust and FiveM. We may modify or discontinue services at any time.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate registration information
  • Maintain account security
  • Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent

4. Acceptable Use

Do not use our services for illegal activities, malware distribution, attacking other servers, or hosting infringing content.

5. Payment

  • Prices in EUR unless stated otherwise
  • Services billed in advance
  • Non-payment may result in suspension

6. Uptime Guarantee

We guarantee 99.9% uptime for paid services, excluding scheduled maintenance and circumstances beyond our control.

7. Termination

We may terminate accounts for ToS violations. You may cancel anytime via your dashboard.

8. Limitation of Liability

FenixHost is not liable for indirect or consequential damages from service use.

Prohibited Network Use (Proxy / VPN)

You may not use FenixHost services to operate a public, commercial, or general-purpose proxy, VPN, or traffic-tunneling service for third parties. This includes, without limitation, SOCKS/HTTP(S) proxies, VPN endpoints (e.g. WireGuard, OpenVPN), Shadowsocks, and Tor exit nodes whose purpose is to relay, forward, or anonymize internet traffic unrelated to the game server(s) contracted on this account.

This clause does not restrict game-networking software that is part of your own hosted infrastructure (for example, a Velocity or BungeeCord proxy connecting your own game servers together).

Violation of this clause is a breach of these Terms of Service and may result in immediate suspension of the affected service pending investigation, without prejudice to any other remedies available to FenixHost. Suspended accounts are not deleted while evidence is preserved for review.
